The Impact
Did you know it takes about 20 liters of water to make one bottle of mezcal?
In Oaxaca, water resources are becoming more scarce. To help preserve finite water resources in the community, we decided to harvest rainwater to make mezcal. We’ve partnered with Isla Urbana to build rainwater harvesting systems in communities that need it, with the aim to sustain life and preserve cultures.
Without water there is no mezcal.

How to Enjoy Cara a Cara
We could go on about delicious cocktails with different aromas, flavors. Or we could come in here and tell you how to enjoy it- neat, no ice. Instead, we think the best way to enjoy it is with someone, or someplace that will make every sip memorable. If you could share a copita with someone, who would it be?
